Our Fees
Clear, Transparent, and Fair
Our clients appreciate a straightforward fee structure they can actually understand. Our advisory fee is calculated as a percentage of the assets we manage for you, and it covers both investment management and financial planning. We generally require a minimum account size of $1,000,000 for ongoing investment advisory services.
Fee Schedule
Our fee schedule is graduated, so the rate you pay decreases as your assets with us grow.
| Annual Rate | |
|---|---|
| On the first $1,000,000 in assets | 0.85% |
| On assets from $1,000,001 to $5,000,000 | 0.60% |
| On assets from $5,000,001 to $20,000,000 | 0.40% |
| On assets from $20,000,001 to $1,000,000,000 | 0.25% |

*Estimated advisory fee only. This calculator provides an illustrative estimate of the yearly advisory fee percentage associated with the assets entered and the standard fee schedule shown above. The estimate is not a quote, invoice, or guarantee of the fee that you would pay, and it does not create an investment advisory relationship. Actual advisory fees may differ due to householded assets, negotiated or legacy fee arrangements, or billing timing. The estimated advisory fee does not include transaction fees or fund/ETF expenses, which may apply. Please review our Form ADV, Part 2A for complete information about our fees, expenses, billing practices, services, and conflicts of interest, and contact us for a personalized proposal.
As part of the planning process, we often factor in assets we don’t directly manage, such as an employer-sponsored retirement plan. These assets help inform your plan but aren’t included when we calculate your advisory fee.
The other cost worth understanding are fund operating expenses, or expense ratios, which are charged by fund companies themselves rather than by us. We strive to keep these costs low by choosing efficient, low-cost funds for our model portfolios.
The end result is a fee structure you can feel good about—no commissions, no hidden incentives. And as a fee-only fiduciary, our independence means our only obligation is to our clients.
