Jordan joined Hanson + Doremus in 2011 and leads our day-to-day operations, making sure client reporting, billing, and internal processes run smoothly. As Head of Operations, Jordan works closely with both clients and team members, supports compliance efforts, and collaborates with colleagues as part of the Financial Planning Committee. Jordan enjoys mentoring teammates, streamlining workflows, and building strong relationships across the organization. Jordan is a 2023 graduate of the Leadership Champlain program.
Jordan is originally from upstate New York and moved to Vermont to attend Champlain College, where she earned her bachelor’s degree—and decided to stay after graduation. Jordan lives in South Burlington with her husband, two daughters and Yorkie. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys reading, playing tennis, and spending time with her family.
